Lil' Gurl is a two-year-old 'mini pit' who came to us when she was dumped in a known dog fighting area of Baltimore, with her normal-sized male pup. The pup was placed immediately, but Lil' Gurl was staring at a death sentence. When she first arrived, Lil' Gurl struggled with the many changes that had occurred in her life in such a short time. After losing her family, her baby, being on the run in a dangerous area and dealing with so many new humans, she was understandably apprehensive.
